Naples is known as the Italian capital of street food, and only by wandering through its historic center while tasting local delicacies can you truly capture its essence.
On the Naples Street Food tour, you'll explore the city's stunning historical heart, visiting popular restaurants and food shops to sample some of the best street food.
Tastings include the classic Neapolitan "tarallo" a savory biscuit with black pepper, almonds, and lard. You'll also try folded pizza ("pizza a portafoglio"), the fried bites of "cuoppo", and crocchè—potato croquettes with melted provola or mozzarella.
Don't miss the famous meatballs in tomato sauce served with fresh bread, the iconic "babà" dessert, and the city's world-renowned espresso.
